If you have experienced this issue, add the user account to the Sophos Administrator group and re-run the installer.Sophos Control Center is no longer actively maintained.We recommend that you upgrade to Sophos Enterprise Console for Windows 8 deployment support and other improvements.
To enable Control Center to download security software from Sophos, open port 80 on the computer where it is installed.
We NEED to be able to reliably see that not only Sophos endpoints are detected, but that they are actually updated properly with definitions.
Please work with Labtech like all the other major AV vendors to provide us with an efficient and reliable method of being able to manage the endpoints.
Users are complaining of slow performance across the board, specifically mentioning outlook (20), internet explorer, file explorer, visio.
User base is predominantly XP SP3, and a few Win7 Pro.
